FAKE CHRISTIANS
They’re everywhere
There’s a difference between being a religious missionary and being a Christian. There are many people who do missionary good deeds, for example, building housing in poor neighborhoods or in Third World countries. Or teaching English to those aspiring to fully assimilate into American culture. Maybe they volunteer at a food bank or send a boatload of money to help cure diseases. Or provide scholarship money for aspiring students. All of these are worthwhile, highly commendable acts of kindness to assist fellow humans. None of them make you a Christian.
There is a time-tested means to find out if you are a Christian. While the Ten Commandments test is not the only measurement of Christianity, it helps separate the wheat from the chaff. Doing the above-mentioned missionary acts of mercy cannot overcome one’s inability to pass the Ten Commandments test (which is also foundational to the Rule of Law). It is untenable that someone who claims to be a Christian is truly a Christian, when they refuse to hold political candidates to the bare minimum, easy-to-follow Ten Commandments standard.
Too many Americans, who identify as evangelical, are adrift in self-absorbed hubris and a deep misunderstanding of the Bible. They should look in the mirror and try to get a grip.
So, go ahead, take exactly one minute of your time and click the link to check out this video example of the Ten Commandments test, in this example administered to Trump and his supporters. Find out if you or someone you know is a fake Christian. Good luck.
